Property Development Marketing CGI

Elmwood Apartments is a new property development in Whalley Range, Manchester. A conversion of a large existing building into a stunning new apartment complex. Our specialist CGI services were used to create the marketing material that was used online and on hoarding during the development process.

Photo-realistic visuals were created of the two apartment stylings, rear garden area, front car park and change to the front of the building. These were then given to the estate agent for off-plan sales, enabling prospective buyers to envision themselves in the space and lifestyle of the properties.
