The Old Docks House CGI

Conception Design Associates (CDA) came to us with a design scheme to renovate an under-utilised basement into a desirable office and co-working space. The original design, for Workspace, was fine-tuned with the aid of the initial draft visuals and then CGI, which was an essential component.

By supplying this CGI for their client, CDA had the marketing material that enabled Workspace to start promoting the space before the work began.
