CGI for Marketing Material

Our client was looking for marketing material for a new property development in Preston, Lancashire, that would be used for selling their off-plan development. So, we created a CGI image pack to be used for brochures, hoarding, and social media, including visuals of the property development (aerial and ground-level angles), exterior design (front and back) and interior design (of each of the rooms).

Our CGI service was also used to help the client decide the exterior finishes of the properties, and to assist the interior designer finalise their proposal with finishes and furniture.
